Mtirala National Park is one of the most beautiful places of Adjara with a striking landscape that is definitely worth exploring. On a biks, we will go down mountain paths, admiring the subtropical landscapes, plunge into the mountain lake, talk about the cultural features of Batumi and relax, having a bite to eat local cuisine. As a result, you will get acquainted with the world of pristine Adjarian nature in the format of outdoor activities.
The natural beauty of Mtirala National Park
From Batumi in a minivan we will climb the “weeping” mountain Mtirala, which got its name due to the incredible amount of precipitation here. The slopes of the national park will amaze you with a riot of subtropical vegetation, interesting mountain landscapes and an exceptional variety of local flora. And on the road you will be accompanied by stories about the features of Mtirala Park, the nature of Adjara and the life of the indigenous people.
Having walked a bit along the upper sections of Mtirala, we will begin to go down the bicycles from the mountain, driving along the paths of the ancient Colchis forest. Spectacular mountain landscapes will meet you at every turn – in the most picturesque places we will arrange photo-stops. On the route you will meet the most beautiful locations of the park: take a swim in the cleanest mountain lake, relax by the 18-meter Cablnari waterfall, when you get hungry, stop for lunch at the local restaurant area.
